New listings submitted directly through our professional and app submission processes are paid Featured listings and require an annual listing fee before entering the review process.
The annual listing fee covers submission review, directory maintenance, hosting, and ongoing visibility within the BodyMetrics.Pro platform.
Payment does not affect editorial decisions or guarantee approval. Legitimate submissions that comply with these guidelines are generally approved.
When an issue can reasonably be corrected, we will ordinarily contact the submitter and provide an opportunity to make changes or supply additional information before issuing a final rejection.
The current US$99 first-year payment includes a US$19 listing review fee. If a good-faith submission cannot ultimately be approved, BodyMetrics.Pro will refund US$80 and retain the US$19 listing review fee for the completed review. Deliberately fraudulent, unauthorized, or materially deceptive submissions are not eligible for this rejection refund. Complete terms and exceptions are provided in our Terms of Service.
Claiming an eligible professional or app listing already present in the directory is free. A claim verifies that the claimant is authorized to manage an existing listing; it is not a new application for admission to the directory.
No purchase is required for a claim to be reviewed or approved. Featured placement is an optional paid upgrade and does not affect the ownership-verification decision.
If a claimant voluntarily purchases the current US$99 first-year Featured upgrade before ownership verification is complete, US$19 covers the ownership verification review fee and US$80 covers the Featured service. If the claim is not approved, BodyMetrics.Pro will refund US$80 and retain the US$19 ownership verification review fee for the completed manual review. This fee applies only to an optional early Featured purchase; the claim itself remains free. Complete terms are provided in our Terms of Service.
